outside the government, beyond the police: torchwood serves to monitor alien activity on earth and to scavenge the things they leave behind.

from the ashes of devastation and loss, torchwood is rebuilding itself. but the twenty-first century is already here…is torchwood ready?

they have to be; after all, the end is where we start from.

where we start from is a future torchwood/doctor who rp, set post-'children of earth' and 'end of time'. the year is currently 2011. both canon and original characters are accepted.
